Mayabeque, Cuba_ 60 years after the Farmers’ Congress in Arms led and organized by Raul Castro, the simple man who works the land has achieved thanks to the Revolution, a significant culture, also conceived by Fidel in the Moncada’s Program, assured the president of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP), Yadira Otaño Rubalcaba, in the municipality of Batabanó.

"The level of improvement of the peasants is quite high, but it is necessary to continue working, train them and encourage them to continue their training," Otaño Rubalcaba said.

"Every month there are guidelines to train farmers in the different workshops," added the president of the Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS) Niceto Pérez, Gabriel Rivero Trujillo.

The preparation is multiplied in favor of the productive development of this outstanding locality.
