Mayabeque, Cuba_ The National Association of Economists of Cuba (ANEC) with the support of the Union of Journalists of Cuba (Upec) made public the Provincial Prizes of Economic Journalism 2018.
In Radio, the prize went to Carlos Luis Molina Labrador, from Radio Mayabeque with the Commentary ¿Quién paga ?. The jury considered granting two mentions: "La Feria de la Cucarachita Martina", by Nileyán Reyes from La Voz del Litoral radio station and "El balón de la comercialización en juego", by the director of Radio Jaruco, Yarisleidys Cabrera.
The prize for the best television work corresponded to "Desarrollo arrocero" by Yaremi Madero Ponce on behalf of the provincial channel Telemayabeque. The mention was for Güines TV, with the work "Sobrecumple plan de producción UEB Avícola de Mayabeque", under the authorship of Magela Mesa.
Written Press awarded the prize to the series of works related to economic activity in the province, by Reinaldo Fuentes, of the newspaper Mayabeque. The mention was for Ada Durán with the work "Subsidio, apoyo estatal a la familia".
