Mayabeque, Cuba_ The min industry Mayi, belonging to the Reinaldo García Cooperative of Credits and Services (CCS in Spanish), of the capital of Mayabeque, elaborate more than 15 products to be sold in the markets.

According to William Ochoa Pérez, director of the mini industry, the entity increased the sales in comparison to previous stages.

Ochoa Pérez explained that they made contracts with LABIOFAM to acquire bottles and the sales increased from 15 thousand to 20 thousand pesos a month.

The vita nuova, the tomato puree, the Chinese sauce and the mustard stand out among the main productions of the entity.

The mini industry sells in a wholesaler way in five markets of Havana and in a retailer form at the agrarian fairs in Güines, Madruga, Santa Cruz del Norte and San José de las Lajas.
