Mayabeque, Cuba_ The totality of the productive forms, belonging to the Agricultural Company of Batabanó, concluded the training course that was carried out throughout the country, aimed at the implementation of the management manual of the cooperatives.
The final evaluation included the presentation of a work by each entity, which contains its characterization, projections, relations with the community and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, in addition to the economy plan and its discussion with the workers.
Another issue addressed was the approval of development plans for five years that include the acquisition of means to raise the quality of life of workers and productive availability, while decreasing the fluctuation of personnel, in particular of the Basic Cooperative Production Units, (UBPC), which affects the results and the quality of the cultural processes applied to the sowing.
On the importance of the course, the head of the department of development in the demarcation, Nubia Basó Alonga, explained that it allows the productive ways to improve their operation and performance.
The jury evaluated the results and pointed out the need to conceive in the characterizations a better conception of the DAFO matrix to achieve a conscious look at issues related to the social objective of these entities.
