Mayabeque, Cuba_ Puente Sur returns to this province on March 14, 15, 16 and 17 with headquarters in San José de las Lajas. The sixteenth edition of the event suggests four days of alternative art, organized by the Hermanos Saíz Association (AHS).

The program of this national day of performance and interventions will gather all the artistic manifestations and will take them to the streets of Mayabeque’s capital to interact with the public.

Puente Sur is an alternative for the emerging proposals of performance artists and has a community projection that highlights the aspects of cultural identity and the art of the territory.

The day will include theoretical meetings, alternative music concerts, among other proposals.

This project has gone through various adaptations within an ecological and creative social environment in peripheral areas and today constitutes a space for meeting, confrontation and exchange to visualize aesthetic productions under performative conditions in our country.
