Mayabeque, Cuba: Since the beginning of last April the livestock units of the Genetic Cattle Enterprise of the East, located in the municipality of Madruga, report increases in their productive indicators.

An information offered by the economic department of that entity explains that the feeding of the animal mass rise to 7 000 head of livestock.

This improved in the months of April and May characterized by the growth of the pastures and better conditions in obtaining fodder.

The milk with more than 12 thousand liters in each day is among the productive line that increases.

The labour force works in the fattening of almost 200 buffaloes and 300 offspring of sheep and goats.

The revitalization in this 2019 of the markets, a better rotation of the animal mass in the paddocks and favorable weather conditions, which led to the growth of the pastures guarantee greater milk and meat production in the entity.
