Mayabeque, Cuba: La Playita located in Batabanó was an excellent hostess to welcome vacationers as part of the opening of the summer in that coastal area. The enjoyment of the sea, sport activities, recreational games, music and dance, were part of a day of high popular participation and a gastronomic affair for these torrid days of July.

In Mayabeque the summer of 2019 officially began on the 29th in the capital, San José de las Lajas, with various proposals for the participants, including infants, main protagonists of the day.

As in previous summers, this time with the most diverse and comprehensive intention, community sports will be strengthened with street plans, recreational sports festivals, inter-neighborhood meetings and with the glories of sport, as well as the use of all sports facilities with which each municipality has.

In charge of the provincial and local press media will be the coverage of all the actions so that the people of Mayabeque can meet and opt for all the options that are scheduled for this summer 2019.
