Mayabeque, Cuba: Six thousand consultations of natural and traditional medicine were carried out in Madruga at the end of June.
The specialists of this health care alternative, who work in the three centers of the municipality, attended to the patients through the use of mineral-medicinal waters, conventional exercises, sludge-therapy and therapeutic and infrared treatments.
Consultations of natural and traditional medicine included external assistance, which improved the quality of life of people with visual and motor disabilities.
The rehabilitation rooms are located in the Popular Council of Aguacate and in the municipal seat, which have the essential equipment for the treatments.
More than 50 specialists guarantee the quality of medical services in these entities of the territory.
