Mayabeque, Cuba: The Base Business Unit (UEB) La Demajagua, belonging to the Poultry Company of Mayabeque, located in San Nicolás, holds the distinction of outstanding at the country level.

This result is due to compliance with the indicators, the strict control of animal health and the efficient health of turkeys, since birth.

The preparation of the workers has contributes to the achievements.

"We carried out a preparation on the biosecurity issue, which is of great importance for poultry health," said the president of the Cuban Society of Poultry Producers, Ángel Luis Feria Núñez.

The unit advances with the fulfillment of the productive plans, which allows providing a significant contribution to the food of the people.
