Mayabeque, Cuba: The gala tribute for the 59th anniversary of the founding of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), in Güines, will take place this September 25 at the Casa de la Décima de Mayabeque.

In greeting to the date, they will recognize the members that outstand in the functioning of the basic structures, and the young people who excel in the tasks of vector control.

They will also distinguish those who actively participate in the revolutionary surveillance to maintain citizen tranquility and preserve the assets of the people.

The event will be the scene to highlight participation in patriotic and health activities such as vaccination campaigns and donations of blood and education and other sectors.

In the celebration they will announce the winner or winners of the contest sponsored by the organization.

The detachment 59th Anniversary of the CDR of the town's urban area will receive the flag that accredit them. This group formed by young people of the vanguard are part of the defending force of the conquests of the Revolution.

The cultural activity will be enlivened by fans of the various artistic manifestations in the territory and the participation of community projects.
