Regardless of whether the salary increase does not meet all needs, for young people it is an incentive to work with better quality, in the state sector.

Many graduates from careers such as Social Sciences and others migrated to other modes of employment, in search of better salaries.

The new measures include a salary increase in the budgeted sector, to which 1.5 million workers from the agencies of the Central State Administration, the local bodies of the Popular Power, organizations and associations belong to,  and in which the Health and Education sectors are the most representative.

Many of the values ​​that these workers create are intangible, such as education, training, formation of economic and social values, and this provision made it possible for many of those who emigrated due to economic problems to other unions to return to their original offices, thus strengthening the company state.

Economic measures motivate the new generations, as it is a way of recognizing the value of their work, their contribution to society and encourages them to work with more quality.

It also becomes a commitment for employees in the budgeted sector, so that the hours of work are much more productive, and the quality and delivery are greater.

In the midst of the complex economic situation the Island is facing, marked by the intensification of the blockade, the measures stimulate savings, promote development and give a greater response to the needs of the population and the economy.

This decision of the Cuban government evidences the decision to enforce the constitutional text and not renounce the country's development plans, diversify and increase exports, substitute imports, promote productive chains, advance food sovereignty, promote local development, fulfill the Housing Policy and put science in function of solving problems.
