Mayabeque, Cuba: The 2019-2020 school year reached the municipality of Madruga imposing new challenges that lead to raising the quality of the teaching-educational process, almost a month after the classes began.

According to the sub-director of education in the territory, Laritza Zayas, the 28 centers of the town are included in the improvement process so that the school will fulfill its function of being the most important cultural center of the community and thus contribute to the integral formation of each student.

The third educational improvement process contemplates a better strategy of vocational guidance from the first grades and reaffirms the class as the central axis of the process and the training of the students.

"It is important the methodological preparation of the teacher and the monitoring of individual differences to ensure the future of students," Zayas said.

In the case of the current school period, the incorporation of 43 experienced educators benefited from the salary increase approved for the sector is a valuable support in Madruga.

"There is a great satisfaction, based on the measure adopted by the top management of the country that values ​​the work of the teacher and his social function," he said.
