Mayabeque, Cuba: The use of waste in the production of blood sausage is fulfilled as planned in the meat industry of Mayabeque, the deputy director of the factory, Mario Rodríguez Méndez, said.

This allows the variety of assortments, highly demanded by the population and sold at affordable prices in the refrigerated market of Nueva Paz and other establishments of the retail network of the province and Havana.

The executive also referred to the fulfillment of the economic plans, almost at the end of the third quarter of the year, which exceed thousands registered in 2018.

Rodríguez Méndez ponders the work of the more than 600 workers that make up the Mayabeque meat industry today who, despite the current energy situation, arrive early in the morning and often work overtime. (IVP)
