Mayabeque, Cuba: The implementation of alternatives to fulfill the commitments planned in the current cold campaign is the mission of greatest importance during the next months for the members of the Agricultural Production Cooperative (CPA) Amistad Cubano Búlgara from Güines.

The challenge was recently confirmed by the President of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP), Rafael Santiesteban Pozo, who participated in the first Balance Assembly, prior to the twelfth Congress, based in that productive structure.

The contribution of the workers of the Cubano-Bulgara, is important in the provincial claims to sow about 22 thousand hectares, a higher figure when compared with the settlements of the previous year.

State workers, cooperatives and peasants face this time the greatest sowing campaign of the cold stage in the history of the young province of Mayabeque, which will require greater effort due to the material deficiencies imposed by the economic situation of the country, due to the worsening of the economic and financial blockade imposed by the United States government.
