Mayabeque, Cuba: Boris Luis Santa Coloma mill in Madruga will start the sugar harvest 2019-2020 in better conditions. The repair work is in the final stretch and allows guaranteeing the optimal state of key areas in the industry.
According to engineer Sonia Montes de Oca, they expect to obtain favorable results with respect to previous stages.
The sugar producers have the special motivation of having been summoned to start the harvest in the country and also benefited from an initiative to achieve better sugar cane and its productions.
"We are immersed in a comprehensive development project between industry, the environment and Producer Service (APA) to optimize the quality of life of workers," Montes de Oca said.
