Mayabeque, Cuba: Housing construction is one of the main challenges Cuba faces because of its social impact.

The municipality of San Nicolás, of course, also prioritizes the theme, and in that endeavor, in the territory, in addition to defending the idea of promoting the construction of real estate they offer families alternatives to cover the construction works.

Bank loans and subsidies for people with low incomes are the most used options.

The possibility of having a comfortable home is a dream that many of the inhabitants of this country have fulfilled thanks to the granting of subsidies, a policy that aims to improve the housing situation and that dates back to our country since 2012.

Lizandra Martínez Gómez, First Specialist of the General Direction of Infrastructure and Investments, told the press agency that more than 300 people from this southern town have benefited through the fair social program.

To assert that everything is perfect, that there are no difficulties in this complex process, would be irrational, and precisely one of the essential problems that hinder the development of this important task is due to the instability and shortage of construction materials in the Ministry Store of the Internal Commerce.

The granting of subsidies is an alternative to which the country allocates millions of pesos and therefore requires maximum attention and monitoring.

Hence, to perform each task well, as well as to comply fully with what is established, respect the budget, develop plans with objectivity, always taking into account that the role of the government is exercised in the name of the people, from which all power derives.
