Mayabeque, Cuba_ Mayabeque Province expands its scientific potential aimed at contributing with the implementation of local projects which impact positively on the progress of multiple spheres of society.
Alexia Aroche Carvajal, coordinator of the University master's degree in Socio-cultural work, explained the importance of implementing actions to contribute to the research knowledge.
She said that surveys carried out in the house of higher studies in the Cuban capital in cooperation with the Fructuoso Rodriguez Agrarian University, located in Mayabeque, are systematized by students, groups of researchers and professionals from the different spheres of science.
These Cuban experiences on scientific thought were presented this year during the celebration of the Latin American Congress of University Extension.
Among the topics discussed are the care and preservation of natural resources, the project Looking to the Sea and others on the contribution of industries, food production and technology transfer.
