Mayabeque, Cuba_ The workers from San José Torrefactora plant in the capital of Mayabeque, belonging to the Artemisa Business Unit Base, are i9n charge of the coffee production of other provinces for its distribution, the digital site of Radio Camoa publishes.

This center produces for San José de las Lajas and processed grain volumes for Bayamo, Santiago de Cuba and the other 15 plants available to the country.

The San Jose Torrefactora in its production process includes roasting, grinding and mixing coffee with peas, as accompanying grain, in addition to packaging it in units of four ounces.

This industry, with capacity to produce 71 tons of coffee each month, is one of the smallest in Cuba and has very strong equipments thanks to the inventiveness of the members of the ANIR of that entity, who guarantee the replacement of parts to the machinery.

Carmelina Martinez Mojena, head of the plant, pointed out that the renovations enhance the capacity of its mechanism and save significant figures to the country due to imports.
