Mayabeque, Cuba_ The tasks of the defense during the first semester of the year were evaluated during the plenary presided over by Juan Miguel García Díaz, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC by its Spanish initials) and its first secretary in the province, as well as officials of the Revolutionary Armed Forces and the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) and cadres of the main entities of the territory, Mayabeque newspaper publishes.

The quality of the defense days and the works finished in the operation areas, besides the works of forest repopulation with the fulfillment of the main indicators, were recognized during the discussions.

Díaz García referred to the importance of deepening in the efficiency of each mission to prepare our cadres and the population in general with the necessary knowledge of the war.

It is "an activity we won’t ever neglect, as our Revolution leaders have expressed ", the first secretary in the territory emphasized.
