Mayabeque, Cuba_ Ena Elsa Velázquez Cobiella, minister of Education, presided over the analysis of the assurance of the academic year 2016 - 2017 in Mayabeque.

The meeting took place in the theater of the Provincial Administration Council, with the participation of directive of school centers, Public Health and other institutions linked to the sector.

According to Velázquez Cobiella the authorities of the territory should put the whole zeal to begin on September 5th with the minimum indispensable conditions in each school.

The constructive situation of several educational facilities and the educational covering stand out among the worrying aspects for the territory, although for this last difficulty there are several strategies to solve it while in relation to the first one, the authorities are working intensely.

During the exchange it was announced that the province presents a favorable situation with the material base of study and the supply to the schools should be guaranteed in time.

Other aspect under analysis were the energy saving, the hygiene, the autofocal, the prevention of food contamination and the reparation of the green areas during the next school period.
