Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Benito Juárez Agricultural Production Cooperative (CPA in Spanish), in the municipality of Jaruco, concluded last Saturday, one month before the sowing plan for the next cold harvest 2016 - 2017, Radio Jaruco publishes.

José Rigoberto González Bacallao, president of the CPA, informed that some 48 hectares of the gramineous were planted which together with the 39 that were sown during the spring campaign, will allow to complete the plan for the delivery to the industry starting next November.

31 hectares of cane of sugar were cultivated in wide base, with double furrow of 40 centimeters, which will report bigger yield and better use of the lands.

For the sowing of the 87 hectares of cane, Benito Juárez’s peasants has new machineries like the high power tractors YTO of Chinese production, which were rented to the Boris Luis Santa Coloma Managerial Base Unit.
