Mayabeque, Cuba_The third annual event of young scientists was held at the National Center for Agricultural Health (CENSA in Spanish) of San Jose de las Lajas.

The scientific meeting was attended by young talents from the AIDS laboratory of the Institute of Animal Science (ICA), the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (INCA) and CENSA itself.

14 projects aimed at improving human health, animal and plant kingdom, were presented by the participants, mainly young researches.

The jury awarded with the Relevant condition the work Quality Management System for the diagnosis of classical swine fever, of Osvaldo Fonseca, from CENSA.

The ocassion was propitious to acknowledge the work of Ionel Hernandez from INCA with the theme Rhizobia, Tairys González Marrero of AIDS Laboratory with the investigatin named Quality of the laboratories network for the diagnosis of HIV in 2015 and young Mildrey Torres from ICA with the investigation Interactive Program for Laboratory.

Talents strive for sustainability and are passionate about scientific work, besides these spaces let them enlarge their vision towards the research world and develop new ideas for their implementation in everyday life.
