Mayabeque, Cuba_ The investment unit of San José de las Lajas, belonging to thw Municipal Administration Council (CAM in Spanish), carried out several works during the current year.
According to Belinda Pérez Gutiérrez, principal specialist of the investment unit of the municipality, the main projects include the housing program, the San Luis water driver and the urbanization of Santa Ana.
Other constructions benefited during the current year are the hydraulic resources, maintenance to dams, development zones and the extension of the cemetery.
At this moment, about 18 works are underway, belonging to roadways, asphalt, road works, repairs to the locals of the Municipal Directions of Housing and Infrastructure, the House of the Association of the Cuban Revolutionary Combatants (ACRC) and the multifamily buildings of the Micro I and II.
The polyvalent hall, Nelson Fernández Stadium and the General Teaching Hospital Leopoldito MartÃnez stand out as proposals for investments in 2017.
