Mayabeque, Cuba_ The young people in San José de las Lajas are carrying out activities to commemorate the 58 anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution, Radio Rebelde publishes.

Ernesto Jomarrón Lerro, member of the Bureau of the Young Communist League (UJC) in the territory, says that the celebration includes the months of December and January.

"We have organized events in production and service centers, schools, in all institutions. Sports cups that will begin on January 3 in university centers", the leader said.

The day also distinguishes by the massiveness in tasks of hygiene and beautification as homage to the revolutionary leader Fidel Castro Ruz.
According to Jomarrón Lerro, the activities also include the reissue of the Caravan of Freedom through this region of Mayabeque.

"We are going to receive it with great joy as the deep and responsible young people, we are. We have everything guaranteed to perform a great act", he concluded.
