Mayabeque, Cuba__ A representation of visual health professionals in San José de las Lajas will participate in the V Optical and Optometrist Meeting to be held on March 2-3, at the Cuban Institute of Ophthalmology Ramon Pando Ferrer and the Faculty of Health Technology of the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, publishes Radio Camoa.

This event is part of the activities in honor of the International Day of the Optometrist, an event that will include the VII National Workshop and the XV Optometry and Optics Day.

The event is aimed at exchanging experiences and scientific results among professionals of these specialties, related to optical optometric technological procedures that contribute to diagnosis, as well as the treatment and rehabilitation of visual function.

Diverse topics related to Refractive Surgery, Optometric Methods, Contactology and Advanced Optical Technology and the professional improvement will be discussed at the event in the modalities of specialized conference, free themes, electronic poster and roundtable.
