Mayabeque, Cuba_ A representation from Mayabeque participated in the Regional Festival of the Local Agricultural Innovation Project (PIAL), On the Roads of SIAL, sponsored by the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (INCA), of San José de las Lajas.  

The event, based in the municipality of Consolación del Sur, in Pinar del Rio, led to an approach to the Local Agricultural Innovation System (SIAL), fundamental for the benefit of the community.

According to Radio Camoa, the event took place in the context of the activities for the National Rebellion Day.

The best tribute to the fallen in the Moncada is and will be the decisive commitment with new and better inventions to achieve the productive integrality in each context.

Present in the Festival were Madelín Olivera Llanes and Vivian López Sánchez, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Trade; Odalys Cira Leal, from the Ministry of Higher Education (MES), representatives of the Mayabeque government, as well as the PIAL coordinators from the invited provinces.
