Mayabeque, Cuba_ The travelers that are visiting the province are strictly controlled to prevent the entrance of the virus transmitted by the Aedes genus, Radio Camoa website publishes.

In that sense, medical checkup are established for the internationalist workers and foreigners that arrive and take off the country.

According to Doctor Dagnis Romero Carrasana, provincial director of Hygiene, the health authorities are adopting preventive measures with the foreing students living in the territory, mainly those coming from Angola and other countries affected by Zika, Dengue, yellow fever and Chicunguya.

Romero Carrasana precised that travelers presenting fever and who are suspicious of any virus are put into quarantine.

The Cuban collaborators also received medical checkup and vaccines against the yellow fever and other diseases before going abroad to fulfill their internationalist mission.
