Mayabeque, Cuba_ More than 90 percent of the production facilities of the West Oil Extraction and Drilling Company were affected by Hurricane Irma, Radio Reloj reports.

The damages were registered in the deposits of Boca de Jaruco, Puerto Escondido and Seboruco.

The gas supply for the domestic consumption of the capital population remained stable.

Only 72 hours after the dangerous event, Energás joined the national electricity generation.

According to the Communication Management specialist, Isabel Lázara Milan, they work to normalize each oil well and to return the conditions existing before the passage of Hurricane Irma to the installations.
