Mayabeque, Cuba_ Children and youth from Mayabeque recalled the invasion route from the East to the Western through that territory with a political and cultural act in Bejucal, as part of the activities to celebrate the 55 anniversary of the Jose Marti Pioneer’s Organization (OPJM).

The activities began in Nueva Paz and will continue through other regions of the demarcation where the mambi troops fought the Spanish army, more than 120 years ago, to achieve the independence of the Greater of the Antilles.

The Young Communist League (UJC) and the main direction of the OPJM organize the tour to promote the revolutionary role of the new generations and to pay a tribute to Maximo Gomez and Antonio Maceo.
