Mayabeque, Cuba_ The workers of Mayi, mini industry, of the Reinaldo Garcia Credit and Service Cooperative in San Antonio de las Vegas produce a wide variety of products, Mayabeque’s newspaper reported.
The main line of the industry is the production of tomato sauce, paste and Vita Nuova, although they also produce mango pulp, vinegar, mustard, ketchup among other products, taking advantage of the high moments of the harvests.
Mayi products can be acquired in the agrarian fairs at the provincial capital and Guines, although they are sold in different markets in Havana with a god acceptation.
The six workers of the short factory have handmade equipments which volumes depend to a great extent of the agriculture results, although the diversification allows the continuity of the daily process.
