Mayabeque, Cuba_ The sugar mill Boris Luis Santa Coloma, in the province of Mayabeque, will begin the coming November 21 the sugar harvest 2017-2018 in Cuba, Radio Reloj publishes. 

According to Ana Bueno Guzmán, director of the Attention to Agricultural Producers Business Base Unit of that industry, that mill was the last to finish the last campaign and will now be the first to start it because it has enough raw material.

Jesús Rabí is the second factory that will enter into action on December 1, located in the south of the province of Matanzas, announced Orlando Vandrell, president of the subsidiary of the Association of Sugar Technicians of Cuba in that territory.

Both specialists intervened this Saturday on the second and last day of sessions of the General Board of Associates of the Association of Sugar Technicians of Cuba, held at Lazaro Peña Convention Center.
