Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Base Business Unit Algibe, located in Mayabeque, and belonging to the Complejo Lacteo La Habana is carrying out investments in infrastructure and manufacturing gear, a fundamental process for industrial revitalization, Mayabeque newspaper publishes.

This task responds to the challenge of the Cuban food industry to raise the quality and rationality indexes, the substitution of imports and increase the capacity of processing and conservation of the assortments.

The director of the entity, Mario Luis Sánchez Concepción, explained that with this investment process they will benefit the quality and efficiency of the dairy products they process, by transforming the technological obsolescence that affects manufacturing.

The investment includes the installation of new equipment and the rehabilitation of the structure of the factory, to humanize working conditions and meet the demands of customers.
