Mayabeque, Cuba_ The balance of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) met at the headquarters of the Mayabeque provincial organizations. Among the most debated issues were the work aimed at reversing problems of an ideological nature, labor discipline, control and monitoring of the fundamental activity in the labor collectives. 

According to the digital version of the Mayabeque newspaper, the delegates pointed out among their immediate objectives the improvement of the grassroots organizations, the better preparation of the cadres and their quarry, in which there are deficiencies to be overcome in the new stage of work.

Juan Miguel García Días, member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the Party in Mayabeque, emphasized the responsibility that militants have in the discipline, which is closely associated with the individual and collective demand. In this regard he said that they should always be an example to follow in the work, the neighborhood and any other place where they stay.

Morning and study meetings as a key factor in ideological order, the willingness to fulfill any task assigned by the Party, the internal functioning and the attention of the grassroots committees of the Young Communists League (UJC by its Spanish initials), were other topics analyzed.

Summarizing the Balance Maribel Amador Samá, member of the Provincial Party Bureau, said that we honor Fidel with our discipline.

"We owed him to be here and this commits us to be better. That is why it is necessary to consolidate our work ", concluded Amador Sama and called the militants to be mirrors where everyone can see each other.
