Mayabeque_ San Nicolás’ athlete Anailis Dorvigni, triple national champion of the division of 57 kilograms will compete in the Grand Slam of Judo in Osaka, Japan, scheduled from 23 to 25 this month.

Also the silver medalist in the Central American of Barranquilla, Colombia will have rivals of first world level in the Japanese joust.

The Cuba team is made up of eight athletes, divided into four women and an equal number of men.

The women's team includes Idalis Ortiz, silver medalist at the Baku World Cup 2018, and is completed by Maylin del Toro and Kaliema Antomarchi, led by coach Yordanis Arencibia.

The masculine team, commanded by Julio Alderete, is composed by the world-wide subtitle Iván Silva, and also includes  Alberto Almenares, Osniel Solís and Andy Granda, that finished in the fifth position in the open match of Morocco last year.
