Mayabeque, Cuba: The Municipal Festival of Gymnastic Compositions of the primary education was recently held in Güines, with the participation of the six schools planned, all from the urban area.

The event took place at the Tricontinental court, adjacent to the textile confection factory of the same name, a large audience attended the activities, included the relatives of the small protagonists.

After the performances, the jury announced the best team, according to the aspects taken into consideration for this level of education.

According to the information provided by the official of the Department of Sports of this demarcation, Yanet Montero, the first place was awarded to the composition of Clodomira Acosta Ferrales, with 83 points.

The second place, with only a less unit, corresponded to the collective of Raúl Gómez García and the third to the José Martí School with 77.

The jury was made up by the Head of the Sports Mixed Center Juan Borrell, Evelio Díaz Colomina, and his counterpart Carlos Jorge Rodríguez, from Carlos Baliño, as well as Physical Education teachers Alberto Díaz Anovega, Diana Rosa Brunet and Janet Montero.

The meeting was a beautiful spectacle of infants, who take their first steps in sports and physical culture.
