Mayabeque, Cuba: The Provincial Competition of Judo, category 9-10 years will be held this Saturday at the Efrén Ortega Gym in San José de las Lajas.

All the municipalities of the province are summoned to the joust and the first three places of each sex and division will be rewarded, as well as the best teams.

The judokas of the capital of Mayabeque recently participated in an invitation cup held in San Miguel del Padrón, Havana, where they reached the second place overall with a gold medal, six silver and two bronze medals.

With this result, the disciples of Wilfredo Justis come out as favorites and intend to retain the crown reached last year in the provincial contest of the sport.
