Mayabeque, Cuba: The pitcher of Quivicán Yadian Martínez Pérez is part of the Cuban baseball team that will face a Mexican squad in that Central American nation.

The selection is made up of 3 catchers, 7 infield players, 7 outfielders, and 12 pitchers including Yadian.

They will arrive in San Luis Potosí on May 25 and a day later it will begin the match between Cubans and Mexicans, the latter, members of the League of that country.

They will play 5 games as part of the preparation for the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru between July 26 and August 11.
