Mayabeque, Cuba_ A Motocross delegation from Mayabeque arrived in the United States to participate next August 7 in the international tournament of the specialty in Loretta Lynn field in Hurricane Hills city in Tenesse.
Jesus Domínguez, main specialist of the motorcycling in the province and team’s trainer leads the delegation which also includes three athletes and two mechanics.
This is the first time for the three pilots to compete in circuits of that northern nation.
Alexmandy Fraga, 27 years old, is the most experienced pilot of the group, who is accompanied by Radiel Allende and young Steven Gutiérrez who in spite of his 12 years old is all a veteran one that has record of numerous competitions in several Latin American nations.
Rolando Alonso, ex motorcyclist, several times national champion and participant in international events, and Osvaldo Gutiérrez are the mechanics.
Except for Gutiérrez that are from San Jose de las Lajas, the rest are from Güines.
The delegation will return to Cuba on August 12 and immediately they move along with other athletes toward Sancti Spíritus, where they will participate in the third phase which counts towards the National Championship of the specialty.
