The socialist Cuba of Fidel is standing firm and more united than ever on this March 11 in defense of its principles. Today from every Electoral College the Revolution grows, it grows in the will of a people who will reaffirm in the polls the dignity of living without price.
The huge vote of Cubans will be the best answer to those seeking to destroy what so many lives and sacrifices have cost us and the strong expression of support for the Revolution that made us free and worthy.
This Sunday we will answer the summon, conscious that by attending the polls we are defending our achievements to continue being that bulwark of justice and solidarity that Cuba is for the world.
This Sunday we Cubans will write another beautiful page in the history of our country. With the revolutionary intransigence of Maceo, the ideas of Martí and the example of Che we will exercise the right to vote with authentic democracy convinced that, as Fidel said: "They would have been like us today."
Once again we will demonstrate that the streets belong to the revolutionaries and that nothing and no one will ever be able to violate the Cuban constitutional order, because these people DO NOT let them to be confused or accept provocations to their sovereignty.
The maneuvers orchestrated from the outside to distort our reality will crash against the resistance of a people that lives times of heroism without stories and categorically rejects any destabilizing attempt or interference in our internal affairs.
By voting today for the candidates for the Provincial Assembly of the People's Power and the Cuban Parliament we will also be defending our truth and the unanimous decision to defend the Homeland, the Revolution and Socialism at any price.
This nation is privileged for its history, for being the epicenter of memorable events, of universal transcendence, of epic feats and deeds marked by love and courage and that is also recognized by the conscious resistance of those who inhabit this wild land, before the most complex and difficult circumstances.
We ratify that like yesterday with weapons, today with the vote we will defend the inclusive, authentic and lasting social project that is the Revolution in defiance of the most powerful empire on the planet.
Undoubtedly, today, voting for Cuba is honoring that privilege and being faithful to the legacy of Fidel, who taught us NOT to live on our knees, so on this combat day the Commander in Chief also accompanies us.
