Â
Sources from the National Institute of Meteorology indicated that the tornado was associated with an intense and brief phenomenon of gusts of high intensity winds and copious rains, as well as waves that caused sea penetrations in low areas of the capital's coast.
Â
This institution warned early Sunday in a special note about the formation in the morning of an off season tropical storm, in the southeast of the Gulf of Mexico, from which a cold front extends to the south-east southeast.
