Havana, Cuba: Different activities are organized throughout Cuba on the eve of the International Youth Day and the birth of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, on August 12 and 13, to greet both dates.
The member of the National Bureau of the Young Communists League, Diosvany Acosta, reported that in all municipalities of the country there will be proposals for children, adolescents and young people, among these exhibitions, debates and sales of books referring to the life and work of Fidel.
Concerts, presentations by amateur artists and artistic brigades will also be offered in intricate areas and in homes for children without family shelter, sporting events and activities to boost production and blood donations.
Diosvany Acosta said that this is only one of the ways in which Cuban youth remembers the Commander in Chief, because he is present in every task undertaken, and we dedicate every triumph to him.
