Magalys Hernández is 78 years old, the strength of her legs is no longer enough to reach the Alberto Monté Gil Mixed Center, where Electoral College 1 of Circumscription 11 is located in the Guara Popular Council, in Melena del Sur, but that it does not prevent her from exercising the right to vote.

A pioneer accompanied by Consuelo García Fajardo, a member of the polling station, had the ballots in her possession so that Magaly could vote in her home.

The high school student, after the greeting, explained the voting procedure and accompanied Magalys in search of her glasses.

In secret act the old woman exercised her right, folded the ballots and put it in an envelope, to be deposited in the urns by those who made the visit to her home.

Like Magalys, eight other voters in this area will be able to vote in their homes, as their health conditions prevent them from walking, but they not to say Yes for Cuba and the Revolution.
