The president, Enrique Peña Nieto, arrived in the first minutes of this Friday in Lima, Peru, where he will participate in the VIII Summit of the Americas, Cubadebate publishes. 

The head of state arrived at Jorge Chávez International Airport in the city of Lima accompanied by his wife, Angelica Rivera de Peña, and the secretaries of Foreign Affairs, Luis Videgaray, and Economy, Ildefonso Guajardo, among other officials.

It is expected that this Friday, prior to the work of the summit, Peña Nieto will meet with the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, and with the President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos.
