Cuba: Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, President of the Councils of State and of Ministers, inaugurates the intensive course on legal techniques for deputies and jurists, in support of the legislative process that is taking place in the country, Prensa Latina reports.

When intervening in the ceremony, the president referred to the fact that this action, which is carried out as a postgraduate course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Havana, responds to a challenge, the  dissatisfaction and the application of a Concept.

The President pointed out as a challenge the encompassing process that involves analysis, research, proposal and discussion, and as dissatisfaction the need for jurists to participate in policies, in processes that should not last too long.

Díaz-Canel pointed out that every time we have a complex process, we should go to the University, applying scientific research and innovation.
