Havana: The president of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel DÃaz-Canel, congratulated the Cuban boxing team that finished first by countries in the Grand Prix held in Usti Nad Labem, Czech Republic, Radio Habana Cuba publishes.
Saturday’s victories were achieved by Yosbany VeitÃa (52 kg), Andy Cruz (63), Arlen López (75), Julio César La Cruz (81), and Dainier Peró (+91).
In another twit, the Cuban head of state also congratulated José Ramón Pelier, who won the gold medal at the Canoeing World Cup in Poznan, Poland.
On the eve, the canoeist, who competed in the C-1 modality at a thousand meters, won the tough contest clocking three minutes, 45 seconds and 22 minutes, and was followed by Czech Martin Fuksa (3: 46,346) and the local Tomasz Kaczor (3: 46,574).
