Havana, Cuba: The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, received on Tuesday afternoon the co-president of the Cuba Initiative, Lord David Triesman, who visits Havana in front of a large delegation of businessmen from the United Kingdom, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Radio Reloj publishes.

At the meeting, they noted the good state of bilateral economic relations and the commitment of the Cuba Initiative to continue working to strengthen them.

The visit represents the concretion of the re launching of the Cuba Initiative, in correspondence with the will expressed by both parties during President Diaz-Canel's stay in London, in November 2018.

This is a bilateral mechanism to promote economic, commercial and cooperation relations between the Greater Antilles and the United Kingdom.
