Caracas: Venezuelan authorities ratified the veto of the Constitution of the Republic to a virtual right to the Government to request an armed intervention from another country, as a mechanism for resolving internal conflicts, Prensa Latina reports.
"It is impossible, no Constitution in the world provides, if comparative law is analyzed, that some cabinet authorizes another to intervene in their nation," the deputy of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Maria Alejandra Diaz said.
The president of the Human Rights Commission of the plenipotentiary demerit the day before, the 'unusual' request of the Venezuelan right in the National Assembly (AN) in contempt, that requested in writing to the United States Army the 'humanitarian' intervention in Venezuela .
"The US government that does not respect anything, together with these gentlemen who call themselves Venezuelans and do not deserve it, commit crimes of Lesa Patria, crimes against the constitutional order," the lawyer told the press.
The Bolivarian Magna Carta in articles 1 and 13 makes it impossible for any Venezuelan to ask any country for military intervention and invasion, the constituent explained.
The Law of Laws does establish constitutionally the presidential authorization to establish some kind of cooperation with other nations, Díaz.clarified on the matter.
In that sense, Vice President Delcy Rodríguez rejected the document issued by the AN, which she cataloged as '' adefesio '', and described the action as a terrorist 'to generate anxiety in Venezuela.'
"The letter sent to the Southern Command is a usurpation of symbols, the political right does not seem to measure the consequences of its actions where highly irresponsible behaviors are involved," the vice -mandatory said.
