Caracas: The United States Government (USA) today maintains its policy of transgressing international law and disrespect for Venezuela's self-determination, the international analyst Cristofer Millán said.
In the Punto de Encuentro program broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, the specialist assured that the world is observing the phenomenon in which Washington's foreign policy is submerged against the autonomy of the peoples, Prensa Latina reports.
After the official visit, the high commissioner of the United Nations (UN) for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, showed that in the South American country there is a full democracy, Millán said.
According to the analyst, there is a financial gap due to the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the White House, contrary to the stipulations of multilateral organizations.
On the other hand, President Nicolás Maduro, during the ceremony in commemoration of the 198 anniversary of the Battle of Carabobo, rejected the recent call to sedition in the ranks of the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB), carried out by the head of the Southern American Command, Craig Faller.
The president described as a phony and hypocrite the recent statement sent by the US military high command to the Venezuelan military corps, so that "they are part of a change" in the country.
Maduro also denounced the statements of his Colombian counterpart, Iván Duque, who from Europe called a military fracture in the FANB as an 'exit to the crisis' in the South American nation.
"Duque declared yesterday against our Armed Forces, he claims to be commander-in-chief of the FANB, I authorize to respond to Bogota’s oligarchy as he deserves," the dignitary emphasized.
