Havana_ The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, highlighted today the support of the international community against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States (USA) on the Caribbean island for more than half a century, Prensa Latina publishes.

“Few issues raise so much support in the international community as the call to end the US blockade against Cuba”, the president said in his social account Twitter @DiazCanelB.

"We will continue to demand relentlessly the elimination of this genocidal and aberrant policy," the head of state said in his message.

Previously, Diaz-Canel affirmed that the blockade of the North American government generates hardships and punishes Cuban families.
