Cuban President Miguel DÃaz-Canel sent a message through his Twitter account in which he celebrated the victory of the Cuban Resolution against the Blockade.
The president, who arrived in Moscow only a few hours ago on his first official visit as President to that nation, referred to the continued defeats suffered by the United States government with its ten amendments.
